Shipping policy

At Živo Naturals, we make our products in Tennessee and ship them only within the US. If you are outside the US or shopping for someone else who is, please support a maker in that country. Local is healthy.

Most items will ship via USPS. On occasion we may use another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, and will provide tracking details accordingly. Estimated shipping times are calculated based on when the order is fulfilled, not when the order is placed.

We will endeavor to fulfill orders within three business days, but please keep in mind we are a small business and may occasionally need a little extra time. We will do our best to communicate any delays.
